EU4PFM continues leadership training series for first-level managers of the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine
Building on the success of the first leadership workshop for the management team, EU4PFM’s Component 5 continued the leadership training series for first-level managers of the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine (ACU).
This session focused on developing practical leadership skills at the operational level — enabling managers to translate strategic goals into daily results, foster motivation among their teams, and strengthen internal cooperation across the organisation. As the trainer emphasized, effective communication and delegation are key to improving performance, building trust, and creating a supportive and accountable work environment.
“Effective leadership is not only about vision but also about everyday actions that inspire and unite teams,” noted Inguna Sudraba, EU4PFM Team Leader. “By supporting the professional growth of the ACU’s managers, we are helping the institution strengthen its internal culture and deliver on its mandate with confidence and integrity.”
Participants reflected on their leadership styles and practiced applying modern management approaches to real-life situations within the ACU. The training encouraged teamwork and active problem-solving, helping managers better navigate change and strengthen the institution’s overall efficiency.
