EU4PFM held a two-day training for judges in Vinnytsia
EU4PFM Experts of Public Procurement Component, together with the National School of Judges, organised a training «Judicial Review of Public Procurement Disputes in the Context of Ukraine’s European Integration». The speakers included judges of the Supreme Court, regional Commercial Courts, as well as representatives of EU4PFM and the State Audit Service.
The training aimed to equip trainers with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively teach judges on public procurement issues, taking into account EU law and recent legislative changes in Ukraine.
Participants also explored modern digital tools, including generative AI, and discussed their benefits and challenges in the learning process. The speakers stressed that AI adds speed while expertise ensures quality — and together they deliver the best result.
EU4PFM continues to support the development of judicial competencies essential for effective law enforcement throughout the reform process.
