EU4PFM invites to webinar “Actual Aspects of Public Works and Services Procurement in Ukraine and EU”

On December 12, EU4PFM and the Mineconomy hosts a webinar on actual aspects of public works and services procurement in Ukraine and the EU.

The event will be useful for all public procurement professionals interested in modern EU practices in public construction.

Purpose: to deepen understanding of new aspects of construction procurement and to encourage a professional discussion on legal and organisational solutions in this area.

Agenda:

• Lithuanian practices for determining the estimated value and revising contract prices for construction works
• Novelties in the draft new Public Procurement Law related to the procurement of works
• Specifics of procurement under the “Design and Build” approach
