EU4PFM supported first aid training for Ministry of Finance staff
As part of EU4PFM emergency support to the Ministry of Finance, two tactical medicine training sessions were held for 40 representatives of the institution. The training aimed to refresh and deepen participants’ knowledge of providing first aid in life-threatening situations.
The sessions were delivered by instructors from the Ukrainian School of Rescue and combined theory with hands-on practice. Participants learned and practised essential response algorithms for managing bleeding, injuries, and other critical conditions. Such training is especially important during wartime. It helps public sector employees respond quickly and effectively in emergencies, while regular practice boosts their confidence and reduces the risk of mistakes in high-stress situations.
Previously, similar training was organised for representatives of the State Tax Service.
EU4PFM remains committed to supporting its partner institutions, promptly responding to their needs and the challenges their staff face amid russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine.
