The data controller of this website is the Public Institution Central Project Management Agency (hereinafter referred to as CPMA), code – 126125624, registered office address S. Konarskio g. 13, 03109 Vilnius, which, when processing your personal data, follows the General Data Protection Regulation and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the protection of personal data.

Registration for events

In order to ensure the smooth administration of organized events, we collect and use your personal data (for example, name and surname, represented institution, email address, phone number) in pre-registration forms only after receiving your separate prior consent, which you provide by filling out the event registration form.

When processing your personal data, we reserve the right to provide it to third parties only for the purposes of providing a specific service (for example, organizing trainings, conferences) and only to the extent necessary to achieve those purposes. We do not disclose your personal data to third parties in any other cases without your prior consent, except in cases where we are required to do so by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

The personal data collected during registration for events will be processed and stored by CPVA for the period specified in the financing conditions of the project from which the organization of the event is financed.

Photography and filming during events

By agreeing to the Privacy Policy, a person agrees that they may be photographed and filmed during a conference or other event, and that materials containing their image may be published in the media.
