Training on the new IT system “e-Audit” launched with EU4PFM support
The introductory lecture for administrators and users of the “e-Audit” system brought together more than 200 participants. The event presented the system’s key goals and objectives, its structure, user roles, and basic interface. The next stages of training will be more detailed, tailored to different access levels and user functions. Sessions will run daily over two weeks.
“e-Audit” is a modern tool that transforms the approach to control and audit work, making it transparent, automated, and efficient. It enables the shift from paper-based audits to digital document exchange, using the standard audit file SAF-T, already successfully applied in many EU countries.
The introduction of “e-Audit” marks a significant step in the digitalisation of Ukraine’s tax system. The project’s goal is to move audits to a new level based on transparency, automation, and risk orientation.
The system is designed to achieve the following:
- automating the organisation and conduct of audits
- reducing the administrative burden on taxpayers
- ensuring transparency and accountability of the process
- equipping auditors with tools for big data analysis
- minimising human interference
- creating a unified digital environment.
The “e-Audit” system is implemented with the support of EU4PFM.
