EU4PFM supports the State Tax Service in developing and implementing a Competency Model in HR management

EU4PFM international experts on HR and the management of STS HR Department agreed on cooperation in implementing the Competency Model at the State Tax Service of Ukraine.

The work will be based on the EU Competency Framework for Taxation which is a guiding framework and toolset that aims to connect HR processes under a pan-European, tax-specific, competency-based methodology.
