Oleksandr Hrubiian, Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine, held a working meeting with EU4PFM International Key Experts Vytenis Alisauskas and Paulius Majauskas to review progress made through joint efforts on key digital transformation initiatives in public finance management (PFM).
The meeting agenda for the final day of the Procurement Component’s study visit was dedicated to Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and Concession topics — Ukrainian delegation met with Infraestruturas de Portugal and UTAP.
On the second day, the Ukrainian delegation met with centralised procurement bodies — the Shared Services of the Ministry of Health (SPMS) and the Public Administration Shared Services Entity (ESPAP).
The visit aims to facilitate knowledge exchange between Ukrainian and Portuguese counterparts on the implementation of procurement tools and innovative purchasing practices in sectoral procurement.
The Accounting Chamber has initiated an internal selection process for state auditor positions, in accordance with the updated provisions of the Law “On the Accounting Chamber.” In the first phase of testing, nearly 300 candidates participated, and the results are currently under review.
