We continue our interview series “Voices of Expertise”, where we spotlight EU4PFM international experts who drive transformative change in Ukraine’s Public Finance Management sector.
The primary goal of the project is to automate tax control procedures, ensuring that controlled transactions comply with the “arm’s length” principle. Given Ukraine’s aspirations for EU integration, adherence to the OECD’s transfer pricing guidelines for multinational companies and tax authorities is crucial.
Their discussion focused on aligning Ukraine’s tax legislation with the EU acquis, particularly in light of the EU Enlargement Report recommendations and the National Revenue Strategy.
On October 2, Inguna Sudraba, the Team Leader of the EU4PFM Component 5 “External Audit and Parliamentary Control”, conducted a meeting with Olga Pishchanska, the Head of the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine.
