EU4PFM launches new training course “From Inclusive Workplaces to Barrier-Free Public Services”

Building truly accessible institutions starts from within. EU4PFM is launching a new video training series: “From Inclusive Workplaces to Barrier-Free Public Services”

This course was created at the request of the State Tax Service of Ukraine by EU4PFM International Experts on HR Laura Bratikaite and Kristina Jakubaityte-Revutiene.

What the course covers:

• Part 1 explores the legal foundations of non-discrimination, how to overcome bias, and ways to integrate diversity and equality across the entire employee lifecycle.
• Part 2 focuses on practical tools for clear, accessible, and respectful public communication, including trauma-informed practices, managing sensitive situations, and de-escalation techniques.
