EU4PFM supports the transformation of an old library into a modern collaboration space in the ACU

What was once an old library space is now being transformed into a modern multifunctional environment designed for learning, collaboration, and dialogue for employees of the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine

With support from EU4PFM Component 5 on External Audit and Parliamentary Control, the space is being equipped with:

• 1 large 85-inch display
• 30 office chairs
• 30 adjustable tables with rollers

Additional laptops are also planned to be procured in the next stage to further strengthen the functionality of the space.

Importantly, this is not only a training room. The concept foresees a flexible meeting and collaboration space that can later be transformed into two separate rooms through the installation of a movable partition wall. This will create opportunities for internal discussions, meetings with external stakeholders, workshops, and professional exchange — something that has been particularly needed within the institution.

This initiative is an example of how targeted support to institutional infrastructure can contribute to stronger cooperation, more effective communication, and professional development within Ukraine’s public audit system.
