About EU4PFM EU4PFM strives for competitive, sound and thriving Ukraine
The EU Programme to support public finance management in Ukraine (EU4PFM Project) has been working since 2018 to strengthen the public finance management system in Ukraine.
The Programme aims to improve the quality of public service delivery, create a more favourable business environment, and increase Ukraine’s resilience in response to the urgent needs of the authorities arising from russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine.
The beneficiaries of EU4PFM are the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, State Customs Service of Ukraine, State Tax Service of Ukraine, and the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine.
The EU4PFM Programme has 5 Components:

Component 3. Revenue mobilisation
Component 4. Horizontal functions and management
Component 5. External audit and parliamentary oversight
