On September 16th, project experts shared international experience in performance management during the training “How to manage the effectiveness of the organization: from good to the best” which was attended by heads of departments of the State Tax Service of Ukraine
Today, on the 19th of August, the third Steering Committee meeting of the EU Public Finance Management Support Programme for Ukraine (EU4PFM) took place. The participants of the meeting discussed the results of work in the 2Q 2020 and plans within relevant areas of cooperation for the next three months.
Under EU4PFM support and in close cooperation with the Department of specialized training and canine services of the SCS the remote seminar on “Training of trainers on export control and transit of dual-use goods by the customs authorities of Ukraine” took place on September, 21-22. About 40 customs representatives participated in the seminar.
On September 25, 2020, the Training Program on Performance Management for Managers and HR-Team of the central office of the State Customs Service was launched.
On September 29, 2020, under the project support, remote workshop on “Development and implementation of communication strategy” was held, targeting the management of Informational policy and Communications Departments of territorial bodies of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
On October 2, 2020, the 7th monthly meeting on customs issues was held with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the State Customs Service, the Support Reform Team of the Ministry of Finance and project representatives.
