Legislative alignment and reform
  • Assistance in drafting and revision of the laws on Public Procurement, Public-Private Partnerships, and Concessions in line with EU requirements for the Ministry of Economy
  • Analysis of the draft Public Procurement Law and updated legislation on PPPs and Concessions in the light of the EU acquis as well as participation in the working group of the Economic Development Committee of the Verkhovna Rada

  • SMEs procurement barrier survey in 12 EU MSs and in Ukraine commenced
