The possibility of using NCTS for internal transit and the priority of crossing the border with T1 – the Verkhovna Rada has adopted changes to the Customs Code of UkraineOn July 13, the Verkhovna Rada supported the draft law "On Amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine regarding the use of customs declarations and the electronic transit system, provided for by the Convention on a Common Transit Procedure, for transit under the terms of this Code", which introduces the possibility of internal transit of goods using NCTS, by analogy with transit through the Union transit, provided for by the EU Customs Code.
