EU4PFM international experts on HR and the management of STS HR Department agreed on cooperation in implementing the Competency Model at the State Tax Service of Ukraine.

A contract was signed for the development of an automated IT system designed to process big data and analyse transfer pricing risks.

A kick-off meeting was held today between EU4PFM international experts, representatives from the Human Resources Department, and the Department for Specialised Training and Canine Services of the State Customs Service.

EU4PFM released a report titled “Organising Internal Audit in Ukraine: The advantages and disadvantages of centralized vs decentralized approaches” on public sector internal auditing. 

Starting from May 2023, the STS Contact Centre conducts testing of the deployed new software and hardware, which was modernized with the support of the EU4PFM project. The new software and hardware complex made it possible to raise the service to a new level even in test mode, which was immediately felt by users of the Contact Center services.

European partners continue to provide the State Customs Service with the equipment necessary to improve its work and integrate it into the European customs space as soon as possible. This time, EU4PFM provided Ukrainian customs with 120 modern barcode readers to ensure the registration of international postal and express shipments. The scanners will be integrated into the Customs IT system and will be used by employees of international postal exchanges.
