EU4PFM trainings are based on more than 20 years of implementation of performance management in the public institutions of the EU countries.

According to Kristina Jakubaitytė-Revutienė, EU4PFM expert on HR / PAR, performance management is a key tool for the human resource management.

On January 26, 2022, the presentation of recommendations for improving the organizational culture and system of non-financial motivation for the heads of structural units of the Accounting Chamber took place.

EU4PFM expert in the HR / PAR field, Kristina Jakubaityte-Revutiene and EU4PFM expert in the field of organizational change, Rastislav Vrbensky, presented proposals to improve the organizational culture in the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine.

With the expert support of EU4PFM, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine held a discussion on improving the its HR strategy from the 17^th to 20^th of January.

Participants in the discussion were representatives of the Ministry from the Human Resources and Organizational Development Department, the Strategic Planning and European Integration Department, the Reforms Office at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, and International Expert Robertas Serenas.

Funded by the EU4PFM project, seamless Wi-Fi networks have been installed in the buildings of the central office of the State Customs Service with automatic switching of devices to the nearest access point for use by both Customs officers and visitors of the office. To implement the project, a large number of modern equipment was installed and connected, including 147 Wi-Fi access points, 10 communication cabinets, 2 powerful UPS.
