The National School of Judges of Ukraine, in cooperation with EU4PFM, has launched a new online course “Consideration of Public Procurement Disputes by Administrative and Commercial Courts” for Ukrainian judges.

On 27 May, a kick-off meeting took place between the Ministry of Justice team, experts from the EU4PFM Project, and representatives of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine to launch a pilot project aimed at aligning the Ministry’s internal control system with European practices.

External Quality Assessments (EQAs) play a crucial role in ensuring that internal audit functions across the public sector operate in line with professional standards, deliver value, and support sound governance.

On 16 May, the EU4PFM Programme’s Procurement Component hosted the International Conference «Public Procurement Reform in Ukraine — On the Way to the EU» in Kyiv.

From 12 to 14 May, Vilius Šapoka, EU4PFM international expert on budget planning, held a series of meetings with senior officials from various departments of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. 

The EU4PFM project has presented its interim Progress Report on Component 5 during the first meeting of its Steering Committee, highlighting major achievements in strengthening the institutional and operational capacity of the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine (ACU) and enhancing collaboration with the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Budget.
