EU4PFM conducted training in Performance Management for the Heads of Departments at the State Tax Service of Ukraine
On September 16th, project experts shared international experience in performance management during the training “How to manage the effectiveness of the organization: from good to the best” which was attended by heads of departments of the State Tax Service of Ukraine
Heads of 15 departments of the Central office of the State Tax Service of Ukraine participated in the training. Representatives of the units were able to get acquainted with the implementation of a conceptual approach for sustainable management of the performance of institutions in the public sector and the use of the annual cycle of performance management. EU4PFM experts shared cases of implementing performance management systems in Lithuania and the EU and discussed problematic issues with tax colleagues.
