EU4PFM and STS developed an IT system for tax disputes administration

EU4PFM, in collaboration with the State Tax Service, has developed an IT system for the administration of tax disputes.

This system automates the process of considering taxpayer complaints and provides support for cases in courts involving the State Tax Service.

The system is fully prepared for implementation in the operations of the State Tax Service. It will ensure effective control over the timeliness of document processing, meetings during complaint consideration, court hearings, assist in document preparation through pre-generated templates, and enable the coordination and submission of decisions electronically using e-signatures.

Consequently, the IT system will:

• reduce the time required to receive and process complaints and court documents
• decrease budgetary expenses for document management.
