Infographic: New IT System for the Administration of Tax Disputes

EU4PFM, in collaboration with the State Tax Service, has developed a new IT system for the administration of tax disputes.

This system automates the process of considering taxpayer complaints and provides support for cases involving the STS that go to court.

The system will expedite all processes related to appealing STS decisions and resolving disputed tax issues. This significant advancement brings the STS closer to adopting leading practices in tax dispute resolution, as observed within the European Union.
