EU4PFM Emergency Assistance to Partner Institutions

From the very first days of russia’s full-scale invasion, EU4PFM has stood firmly with Ukraine — and continues to do so today

When the full-scale war began, the Project reallocated funds to support the urgent needs of the partner institutions — the Ministry of Finance, the State Customs Service, and the State Tax Service — to maintain their operations.Over the past three years, EU4PFM emergency assistance has been focused on strengthening resilience and institutional capacity to respond to the war-related impact. This support includes IT equipment to develop data centres, uninterruptible power supply system to maintain operations during outages, infrastructure for backup data centres, diesel generators, personal safety equipment — the list goes on.
