EU4PFM and the National School of Judges launch course on Public Procurement disputes
The National School of Judges of Ukraine, in cooperation with EU4PFM, has launched a new online course “Consideration of Public Procurement Disputes by Administrative and Commercial Courts” for Ukrainian judges.
The course aims to equip judges and their assistants with practical tools and up-to-date knowledge for the professional, fair, and efficient resolution of public procurement cases.
The course was developed with contributions from:
- EU4PFM Public Procurement Component experts
- Practising judges
- Leading public procurement specialists
The course programme includes video lectures, practical case studies, tests, and action algorithms, which are regularly updated in line with legislative changes.
Upon completing the course, participants will be able to:
- Apply the Law on Public Procurement in judicial practice
- Understand all stages of the procurement process — from tendering to appeals
- Contribute to the consistency of judicial practice
- Respond swiftly to legislative updates
