Market consultations for the ‘‘Development of NCTS Phase 6 compatible IT solution for the State Customs Service of Ukraine”
Public Institution Central Project Management Agency (hereinafter – CPVA) (Republic of Lithuania) is planning to procure the Development of NCTS Phase 6 compatible IT solution for the State Customs Service of Ukraine (hereinafter – Services).
The final owner and beneficiary of the State Customs Service of Ukraine. The Services are financed within the frame of the signed Contribution agreement on the 22nd December 2023. No. NDICI-GEO-NEAR/2023/452 by the CPVA and the European Union, represented by the European Commission, on the implementation of the “Support Programme for the Expansion of Public Finance Management for Ukraine” (hereinafter referred to as Extension EU4PFM), funded by the Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument – Global Europe (NDICI – Global Europe).
Before announcing the public procurement CPVA (Buyer of the Services) is kindly inviting you to participate in the prior market consultation of procurement of the Services. Please submit your answers to the questionnaire by CVP IS system or by email [email protected] until 3 January 2025, 17:00 Lithuanian time.
Information on the prior market consultation will also be posted on the CPMA website (please find under the following link: https://cpva.lt/en/public-procurements).
We would also like to inform that the budget of public procurement of the Services can be set regardless to the information received during the prior market consultation.
If you decide to participate in the public procurement that is planned to be launched after the prior market consultation, please find below the additional information:
1. The public procurement will be carried out via the CVP IS system: https://viesiejipirkimai.lt. Only Service Providers registered on the CVP IS may participate in the procurement. Any information, explanations related to the procurement documents, notices or other correspondence between the Buyer and the Service Provider shall be carried out only via the CVP IS.
2. The tender must be submitted only by electronic means, using the CVP IS. Training material on how to use CVP IS (how to register, to submit tender and all other related information) could be found through the link: https://vpt.lrv.lt/en/methodical-assistance/.
