New IT project in projects pipeline – EU4PFM announces a public procurement of an IT system for E-audit 

EU4PFM continues supporting the development of an efficient and fair revenue collection system in Ukraine, considering the country strong determination for the integration into the world economy as a reliable tax jurisdiction.

E-audit is globally recognised as a modern and effective tool for preventing and tackling inconsistencies and controversy on tax due. Automated and relatively quick examination procedures significantly reduce compliance costs for taxpayers and save administrative resources for tax administrations.

EU4PFM and State Tax Service have closely cooperated in developing the software requirements for the “E-audit” IT system. The introduction of the automated, analytical and risk management-based solution shall:

Thereof, the Central Project Management Agency (CPMA), has announced an international public procurement titled “Development of information and communication system software for electronic audit (e-audit)“. The final owner and beneficiary of these Services is the State Tax Service of Ukraine. The Services are financed within the frame of the Contribution Agreement signed on 19 December 2018 No. ENI/2018/404-165/2018/4-14-23 by the European Commission, representing European Union, and CPMA, concerning the implementation of the “Public Finance Management Support Programme for Ukraine (EU4PFM)”. The Programme is financed under the European Neighbourhood Instrument (ENI).
