The best European practices on tax control measures are for the State Tax Service of Ukraine!
Specialists of the central office and the Main Departments of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, working in the field of tax control, took part in a two-day workshop “International and European practices on tax control measures in the informal economy.”
The event was opened by Oleksiy Domanskyi, Deputy Director of the Department of Methodological and Rule-Making Work of the State Tax Service, and Paulius Majauskas, an international key expert on the taxation of the EU4PFM programme.
International practice on tax control measures and alternatives in the informal economy was presented to the representatives of the State Tax Service by Rolandas Puntcevicius, an international expert on the taxation of the EU4PFM Project.
During the two-day training, the following practical topics were discussed, in particular:
- international legal experience in regulating business activities by influencers;
- application of new models of interaction of controlling bodies with taxpayers (model of application of tax responsibility “I warned you about a choice”);
- practices of interaction with marketplaces, sharing companies and carriers: how tax control increases customer satisfaction of such companies;
- commercial activity in cyber sports and cyber currency – trends of concealment of incomes and methods of tax control over transparency of commercial activity.
Let’s implement change together!
