EU4PFM continues to support the State Customs Service in wartime conditions.

This applies not only to IT solutions, but also to critical customs infrastructure. The equipment that is necessary for uninterrupted operation of the customs posts in case of emergency situations, is crucially important in wartime.

With the support of EU4PFM, 6 diesel generators were purchased for the needs of the State Customs Service and regional customs.

Procurement is ongoing to meet other customs needs, including bulletproof vests and helmets.

In general, the EU supports Ukraine with emergency Macrofinancial Assistance, amounting to 1.2 billion euros, and 2 billion euros have already been allocated to support Ukraine`s defense through the European Peace Facility.
