Modernisation of the Contact Centre of the State Tax Service of Ukraine continues!

Despite the war, the STS actively works to improve the quality of services for Ukrainians.

A new batch of Cisco equipment was delivered to the STS as part of the planned modernization of the software and hardware complex of the Contact Centre.

In particular, among the equipment:

• 2 routers;

• 2 voice processors;

• 12 special modules;

• firewall;

• 2 switches;

• 2 voice boards.

The specified equipment, after the completion of the modernization process, will improve the quality of service provision to taxpayers.

The technical modernization of the STS Contact Centre became possible thanks to the effective cooperation of the State Tax Service of Ukraine and the EU4PFM project.
