The final part of the Cisco equipment for the STS Contact Centre was delivered
Ukraine confidently implements digital solutions in the field of tax administration based on the best international practice.
As part of the project to modernize the hardware and software complex of the STS Contact Center, the final part of the Cisco equipment, namely switches, was delivered.
The supply of switches allows to complete the process of assembling the software and hardware complex and start full-fledged testing of the system.
This means that the STS will soon be able to:
– increase the number of possible consultations;
– provide more opportunities to receive information;
– speed up the provision of consultations;
– implement the best innovations and international practices in providing quality service.
The technical update of the STS Contact Center became possible thanks to the effective cooperation of the State Tax Service of Ukraine and the EU4PFM project.
