Among the winners in the nomination of “Best practice of involving, young people in the civil service” was the State Customs Service of Ukraine’s HR Department. Human Resource and Staff Development Department of the State Tax Service of Ukraine won the nomination “Best practices in leadership development and team building in the public service” with the project Zruchnobuk developed in cooperation with EU4PFM.

The HR Management and Organisational Development Department of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine won the nomination “Best practices of creating and maintaining a comfortable environment at the workplace”.

The EU4PFM team congratulates their colleagues on the occasion of their winnings and sincerely welcomes the opportunity to be part of these achievements. We also welcome the courage of our colleagues to share best HR practices and participate in public competitions that promote an innovative way of developing human resource management. 

It is worth reminding that Zruchnobuk is a handy guide capable of providing answers to most of a new employee’s questions, which will be a useful and convenient navigator to STS. Zruchnobuk was developed by the Kyiv School of Economics, with the support of the Government of Germany and GIZ Ukraine, and in cooperation between EU4PFM and the State Tax Service of Ukraine to facilitate the period of adaptation for new public sector employees.
