In Ukraine, the terms of storage for accounting and financial documents have been revised in accordance with the recommendations of the Report of OECD Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes on compliance with the exchange of information on request (EOIR) standard.

he Ministry of Justice’s order, amending the List of standard documents created during the activities of state bodies, local self-government bodies, enterprises, and other organizations, has come into force, specifying the time of their keeping.

EU4PFM provided methodological assistance in developing this order to introduce changes aligning legal acts regulating the storage periods of accounting documents with the effective norms of the Tax Code.
