Market consultations on the development of information and communication system software for electronic audit (e-audit)

Public Institution Central Project Management Agency (CPMA), is planning to announce international public procurement “Development of information and communication system software for electronic audit (e-audit)“ (Services).

The final owner and beneficiary of these Services is State Tax Service of Ukraine. The Services are financed within the frame of the signed Contribution Agreement on the 19th December 2018 No. ENI/2018/404-165/2018/4-14-23 by the European Commission, representing European Union, and CPMA, concerning the implementation of the “Public Finance Management Support Programme for Ukraine (EU4PFM)”, hereinafter Project EU4PFM. The Programme is financed under the European Neighbourhood Instrument (ENI).

Before announcing the international public procurement CPMA (buyer of the Services) is performing market consultation concerning the Services.

Therefore, CPMA is sending You a technical specification and qualification of the Supplier (attached) of these Services and we would like to ask You to answer the questions for the Market consultation (attached).

We also like to inform You, that the budget of public procurement of these Services can be set regardless to the information You will provide, e.g. if Your price/cost for Service will not match with the one provide received during the market consultation, budget of Services will be set accordingly to the price/cost of the market.

The planned international public procurement will be carried out in the Central Public Procurement Information System of Lithuania (CVP IS)

If you intend to participate in the procurement, we recommend pre-registering in the CVP IS system as a user. Only with the registration, you will be able to submit the Tender.

If you  decide to participate to this public procurement this is an additional information:

1. The public procurement will be carried out via the CVP IS system: Only Service Providers registered on the CVP IS may participate in the procurement. Any information, explanations related to the procurement documents, notices or other correspondence between the Buyer and the Service Provider shall be carried out only via the CVP IS.
