A gift to Ukraine for Independence Day from the EU4PFM team is going to Lubny, Poltava region
Children are the future of Ukraine. Some of them are forced to leave their homes because of the war, separate from their families, and face an uncertain future.
For Independence Day of Ukraine, experts of the EU4PFM project joined in helping displaced children from Mariupol, Kharkiv, Lysychansk, and many other towns who have found shelter in Lubny community in the Poltava region.
School backpacks, pencils, brushes, paints, and notebooks… – everything they need for September 1, school supplies for 50 children, boys and girls, who are going to school under completely different conditions this year.Members of EU4PFM team make a small contribution to the future of Ukraine and the peaceful childhood of young Ukrainians.
“As a project, we contribute to the development of the Ukrainian state every day», says EU4PFM Team Leader Jurgita Domeikiene. “We believe that through the joint efforts of the Government and the democratic world, daily high-quality work, volunteerism, step by step, peace, well-being, and a happy childhood will return to Ukraine. We strive for it, work for it and do everything that depends on us every day. This is the way for each of us to say: “Happy Independence Day, Ukraine!”
