NCTS operates in Ukraine on a national scale

NCTS operates in Ukraine on a national scale, which is a necessary stage of preparation for Ukraine’s accession to the Convention on a Common Transit Procedure. After joining the Convention, Ukrainian business will be able to use the benefits of the common transit, as the businesses of the 35 countries-members, namely:

one vehicle – one declaration – one financial guarantee when moving goods in common transit
saving time
increasing the flow rate of goods

Via EU4PFM support, the State Customs Service of Ukraine has implemented software for the New Computerized Transit System (NCTS). With the support of EU4PFM, the software is being localized. Basic modules are being finalized to adapt them to Ukrainian legislation.
