The EU4PFM Program supports reformation of the public financial management system and contains 4 components. The State Tax Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the State Customs Service of Ukraine and the Accounting Chamber in Ukraine are the beneficiaries of components 3 and 4, which are combined into a separate project.
