Public Institution Central Project Management Agency (hereinafter – CPMA) (Republic of Lithuania) is planning to procure services on the Development of NCTS Phase 5 compatible national transit application (hereinafter – Services). The final owner and beneficiary of the Services is State Customs Service of Ukraine. The Services are financed within the frame of the signed Contribution agreement on the 19^th December 2018 No. ENI/2018/404-165/2018/4-14-23 by European Union, represented by the European Commission, and CPMA, concerning implementation of the Programme “Public Finance Management Support Programme for Ukraine (EU4PFM)”, hereinafter Project EU4PFM. The Programme is financed under the EU European Neighbourhood Instrument (ENI).

The Public Institution Central Project Management Agency (hereinafter – CPMA) (Republic of Lithuania) plans to conduct a public procurement procedure for the State Tax Service of Ukraine with the aim of acquiring the services of the IT system for the improving the process of supporting the consideration of taxpayers' complaints to fiscal assessment notices in the ACA ITS Complaint Subsystem and the process of handling cases in courts with the participation of the bodies of the State Tax Service of Ukraine and displaying their results in the ACA ITS Courts Subsystem (hereinafter - the Services) under implementation of the Contribution Agreement No. ENI/2018/404-165 signed on 19^th of December, 2018 by the European Union, represented by the European Commission, and CPMA for the implementation of the EU funded “Public Finance Management Support Programme for Ukraine” (EU4PFM), Components 3 and 4 (hereinafter Project).The final owner and beneficiary of these Services is State Tax Service of Ukraine.

How communication with the media and the public could be effective, what are the current trends in the creation of information content and the processes of forming the image of the State Tax Service as an effective service body - these issues were discussed during the communication training held today at the STS.

The remote round table on "The specifics of filling out customs declarations within the Common Transit procedure" was held on March, 3, at the initiative of the Directorate of the Ukrainian Association of Customs Brokers (UACB) with the participation of representatives of the State Customs Service and EU4PFM. More than 50 representatives of the Association took part in the discussion.

The Public Institution Central Project Management Agency (CPMA) intends to procure Automated Risk Management System V.3.0 (Procurement) for the State Custom Service of Ukraine under implementation of the Contribution Agreement No. ENI/2018/404-165 signed on 19th of December, 2018 by the European Union, represented by the European Commission, and CPMA for the implementation of the EU funded “Public Finance Management Support Programme for Ukraine” (EU4PFM), Components 3 and 4 (hereinafter Project).

Today, on February 17th, the first remote seminar for businesses on the Common Transit Regime and the application of the New Computerized Transit System (NCTS) in Ukraine was held, the first participants of which were representatives of the European Business Association.

During the workshop, the international expert of the EU4PFM Program, Ms. Vaida Eidimtiene, Deputy Head of the State Tax Service on digital development, digital transformations and digitization, Ms. Natalia Kalenichenko, and the specialists of the relevant tax departments discussed the best practices of international experience in improving consulting services.

The customs reform support in the areas outlined by the EU Public Financial Management Program in Ukraine (EU4PFM) will be continued in 2021.
